We established three clear goals and phases for the project. Once the rebranding was ready, the focus was to build an MVP to launch the brand to then build upon the initial version.
Establish GridLink's brand identity that resonates with the target audience and services offered.
Develop a landing page and dashboard platform to address core user needs for usability testing.
Craft a compact and scalable design system to support future company growth consistently.
- Visual identity that generates both trust and innovation
- Use of AI and real world images to represent innovation and trust at the same time.
- Extra careful disclosing sensitive information about the projects
- Strictly necessary info required for platform sign up, further details at a later stage
- Clear, straight forward user journeys for non-tech savvy users
- Minimalistic and timeless design, accessible for senior audiences
We divided the work into 4 clear and simple user flows as a starting point to launch the MVP.
Compact yet scalable, crafted to meet the demands of future company expansions.

I introduced a homepage to the dashboard, summarising user activity & information in one location and addressing a critical aspect missing in the MVP version.
In response to user feedback, I redesigned the matching cards to improve hierarchy and CTAs, enhancing clarity for users to quickly grasp the current status and its associated action.
We celebrated the achievement of launching the first MVP in a record time of less than 2 months. This is an ongoing project and therefore performance is still being measured, but to the moment we have accomplished the following metrics:
